The Weaver Edge Sander is a real work horse, designed to last for generations, even in the roughest metal or woodworking shops. We have used this sander in our metal shop for over 25 years.
Bevel shelf fronts, sand wine racks - sand inside corners, sand table tops, sand door edges - the Weaver Edge Sander will give your company the edge you have been looking for. Allows you to perform many time consuming tasks very efficiently.
The 72” long table is curved around on end of the sander allowing curve and radius work to be easily performed
Quick Action Release Makes Changing the belts fast - Belt aligning is quickly made by adjusting the knob located on top of the machine.
Comes completely assembled and set up.
Drive wheel and table wheel are set back of platen, so any length of material can be sanded.
The steel platen is 6” wide x 47” long - torsioned straight and flat, the table is solid laminated hardwood, 71” long - uses 6” x 120” sanding belts.
Magnetic Starter Switch
The table adjusts easily with a simple turn of the crank, allowing the use of the entire width of the sanding belt Baldor Motor (1,725 RPM w/7” Diameter pulley -> 1,750 RPM)
